RECIPES - Braised Sia Kap Fish

Ingredients: ( serve 4 pax)

  1. 2 red chili, 3 mushroom , 1 long bean
  2. 50g minced meat, 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce, 1 stalk spring onion (chopped)

Seasoning :

Some soy sauce、pinch of MSG, 1 cup of water

Method:

  1. Wash & clean A, then chop it. Wash and clean fish.
  2. Heat oil in wok, fry fish until light brow color, dish out and drain.
  3. Heat oil in wok, fry minced meat with Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce until fragrant, and then adds in A, seasoning, water and fish simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce dry up.
  4. Dish out, sprinkle chopped spring onion on top and serve.
