RECIPES - Braised Sia Kap Fish
Ingredients: ( serve 4 pax)
- 2 red chili, 3 mushroom , 1 long bean
- 50g minced meat, 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce, 1 stalk spring
onion (chopped)
Seasoning :
Some soy sauce、pinch of MSG, 1 cup of water
Method:
- Wash & clean A, then chop it. Wash and clean fish.
- Heat oil in wok, fry fish until light brow color, dish out and drain.
- Heat oil in wok, fry minced meat with Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce until
fragrant, and then adds in A, seasoning, water and fish simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce dry up.
- Dish out, sprinkle chopped spring onion on top and serve.
