RECIPES - Saute Scallop with Thyme

Ingredients :

  • 4 pcs Fresh Scallop
  • 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • some thyme

Marinade:

1 egg, Some Lee Kam Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce, Some Lee Kum Kee Premium Scallop & Oyster Sauce, MSG for taste、some flour

Seasoning :

Some Butter, Thousand Island Sauce

Garnish :

Some shredded Kai Lam, 3 Cherry tomato, Some Cucumber Sliced

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok, fry shredded "Kai Lan" until crispy, drain.
  2. Wash Scallop; marinate the scallop with condiment for 1/2an hour.
  3. Saute sliced garlic's until fragrant with butter, drain.
  4. Heat butter in wok, coat scallop with flour and fry until golden brown, sprinkle thyme & garlic's on top, garnished and serve with thousand island sauce.
