RECIPES - Saute Scallop with Thyme
Ingredients :
- 4 pcs Fresh Scallop
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
- some thyme
Marinade:
1 egg, Some Lee Kam Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce, Some Lee Kum Kee Premium Scallop & Oyster Sauce, MSG for taste、some flour
Seasoning :
Some Butter, Thousand Island Sauce
Garnish :
Some shredded Kai Lam, 3 Cherry tomato, Some Cucumber Sliced
Method:
- Heat oil in wok, fry shredded "Kai Lan" until crispy, drain.
- Wash Scallop; marinate the scallop with condiment for 1/2an hour.
- Saute sliced garlic's until fragrant with butter, drain.
- Heat butter in wok, coat scallop with flour and fry until golden brown, sprinkle thyme & garlic's on top, garnished and serve with thousand island sauce.
