RECIPES - Crispy Cod Fish with Pork Belly
Ingredients: ( serve 4 pax )
- 1 piece cod fish
- 12 slice pork belly
- 1/2 pcs of red
- yellow and green capsicum
- 1/2 pcs mango (skinned )
Seasoning:
Some corn flour, 2 tbsp of Lee Kam Kee Hoisin Sauce
Method :
- Wash and clean cod fish and cut into cube. Wash and clean pork belly, drain.
- Wash and clean three colors of capsicum and mango, cut into cube.
- Heat oil in wok, deep fry pork belly that dipped in corn flour until crispy, drain.
- Heat oil in wok, fry cod fish until light golden brown, drain.
- Stir and fry three color capsicums quickly in high heat, dish out.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, add in Lee Kam Kee Hoisin sauce and pork belly、cod fish, capsicum & mango stir fried until mixed well, done.
