RECIPES - Seafood Soup in Japanese Tempura Paper
Ingredients: ( serve 1 pax)
- 2 Tiger Prawn, 2 Scallop, 2 Chicken Drumstick Mushroom,
3 Fish Paste
- 1 Stalk of Coriander
- 1 piece of Japanese Tempura Paper
Seasoning:
1 cup of water, some Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce, pinch of Sugar, Salt and MSG
Method:
- Wash and clean ingredients A.
- Wash and clean ingredient B, cut into block.
- Add 1 cups of water, Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce and other seasoning in wok and bring to boil, put in ingredients A boil until fragrant?
- Roll Japanese Tempura Paper into cup shape and hold it with serving stand, add in seafood soup, then add in coriander before serving.
