RECIPES - Spare Rib in Scallop Sauce

Ingredients : ( serve 4 pax )

  • 10 block of spare rib

Seasoning:

3 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Scallop Sauce, some soy sauce, MSG for taste
2 cups of water

Method:

  1. Wash and clean spare rib, cur into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in wok, deep fry spare rib until light brown, drain.
  3. Heat wok, add in water, spare rib, Lee Kum Kee Scallop Sauce and other seasoning simmer 45 minutes until sauce almost dry up, done.
