RECIPES - Spare Rib in Scallop Sauce
Ingredients : ( serve 4 pax )
Seasoning:
3 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Scallop Sauce, some soy sauce, MSG for taste
2 cups of water
Method:
- Wash and clean spare rib, cur into cubes.
- Heat oil in wok, deep fry spare rib until light brown, drain.
- Heat wok, add in water, spare rib, Lee Kum Kee Scallop Sauce and other seasoning simmer 45 minutes until sauce almost dry up, done.
