RECIPES - Fish in "Gui Lin" Sauce
Ingredients: ( serve 4 pax )
- 1 Tilapia Fish
- Some Coriander leaves ( for garnish)
Seasoning :
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee "Gui Lin "Sauce
Some Fish Sauce
Method:
- Scale and clean fish, drain.
- Cut out fish belly; squeeze in Lee Kum Kee "Gui Lin"Sauce.
- Heat oil in wok, fry fish until golden brown, dish out and pour fish sauce on top, serve.
