RECIPES - Fish in "Gui Lin" Sauce

Ingredients: ( serve 4 pax )

  • 1 Tilapia Fish
  • Some Coriander leaves ( for garnish)

Seasoning :

2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee "Gui Lin "Sauce
Some Fish Sauce

Method:

  1. Scale and clean fish, drain.
  2. Cut out fish belly; squeeze in Lee Kum Kee "Gui Lin"Sauce.
  3. Heat oil in wok, fry fish until golden brown, dish out and pour fish sauce on top, serve.
