RECIPES - Stir-Fried Pumpkin with Diced Meat
Ingredients: ( serve 4 pax)
- 250g pumpkin
- 100g lean meat
- dash of chopped garlic
- 2tbsp stock
Seasoning:
Pinch of salt and corn flour
Method:
- Diced Pumpkin.
- Diced meat and marinate with corn flour for 10 mins.
- Heat adequate oil in wok and fry garlic until fragrant, then add in the meat and stir-fry.
- Add in pumpkin, fly briefly, add in stock, simmer a short while, season, done.
