RECIPES - Lamb Chop with Scallop Sauce
Ingredients: ( serve 1 pax )
Seasoning :
Some dried scallop sauce, thick soy sauce, stock, corn flour and salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and clean the lamb chop, deep fry until golden brown.
- Boil seasoning in stock, thicken with corn flour and pour on top of lamb chop.
