RECIPES - Salty Salmon Fish Head

Ingredients: ( serve 4 pax )

  • 1 Salmon fish head

Seasoning:

Some salt

Method:

  1. Clean and wash the salmon fish head, then cut into half.
  2. Marinate fish head with salt for 20 mins.
  3. Wash away the salt and dry the fish with paper tower.
  4. Heat oil in wok until warm, put in fish head and fry until golden brown, dish out.
