RECIPES - Soup of Silver & Gold

Ingredients: ( serve 4 )

  • 100g brown cucumber
  • 100g radish
  • 80g borlotti bean
  • 10g Sanza
  • 10g malt grains
  • 5 bowls stock

Seasoning:

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Remove the squash of brown cucumber, cut into pieces.
  2. Cut radish into small pieces, wash the beans.
  3. Wash Sanza and malt grains.
  4. Add all ingredients and stock in pot and stew in low heat for 2 hours.
