RECIPES - Soup of Silver & Gold
Ingredients: ( serve 4 )
- 100g brown cucumber
- 100g radish
- 80g borlotti bean
- 10g Sanza
- 10g malt grains
- 5 bowls stock
Seasoning:
Salt to taste
Method:
- Remove the squash of brown cucumber, cut into pieces.
- Cut radish into small pieces, wash the beans.
- Wash Sanza and malt grains.
- Add all ingredients and stock in pot and stew in low heat for 2 hours.
