RECIPES - Stuffed Oyster Mushroom
Ingredients: ( serve 4)
- 2 boxes tofu
- 40g ikan tenggiri paste
- 100g oyster mushroom
- 1 tbsp egg white
Seasoning:
Pinch of salt & pepper, cooking wine
Garnishing:
Golden mushroom, sawi and spring onion
Method:
- Marinate fish paste with seasoning.
- Wash the garnishing ingredients and blanch in boiling water, drain.
- Wash oyster mushroom and arrange in plate.
- Mash the tofu and mix with fish paste, beaten up the egg white and mix in with paste.
- Stuff the paste on top of mushroom and garnishing ingredients arrange in plate. Steam until cooked.
