RECIPES - Stuffed Oyster Mushroom

Ingredients: ( serve 4)

  • 2 boxes tofu
  • 40g ikan tenggiri paste
  • 100g oyster mushroom
  • 1 tbsp egg white

Seasoning:

Pinch of salt & pepper, cooking wine

Garnishing:

Golden mushroom, sawi and spring onion

Method:

  1. Marinate fish paste with seasoning.
  2. Wash the garnishing ingredients and blanch in boiling water, drain.
  3. Wash oyster mushroom and arrange in plate.
  4. Mash the tofu and mix with fish paste, beaten up the egg white and mix in with paste.
  5. Stuff the paste on top of mushroom and garnishing ingredients arrange in plate. Steam until cooked.
