RECIPES -
White Jade in Golden Syrup
Ingredients: ( serve 4 pax)
6 pcs scallop
6 pcs tiger prawn
1 soft tofu
1 slice pumpkin ( diced)
Seasoning :
Pinch of salt & MSG, 3 tbsp stock
Method:
Mashed pumpkin after steamed.
Cool the mashed pumpkin with seasoning gravy.
Steam all ingredients and pour gravy on top and serve.
