RECIPES - Seafood Udon in Black Pepper Sauce
Ingredients: ( serve 3 pax )
- 1 pack Udon
- 5 tiger prawn ( shelledl)
- 6 pcs Sotong
- Onion ( cut into strips )
- 4 stalk chives ( cut into block)
Seasoning:
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce, some soy sauce and water
Method :
- Blanch Udon in boiling water, dish and drain.
- Heat oil in wok, fry onion and chives, then add in tiger prawn and sotong fry until fragrant.
- Then add in Udon, Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce ,other seasoning and water until sauce dry up, serve.
