RECIPES - Seafood Udon in Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients: ( serve 3 pax )

  • 1 pack Udon
  • 5 tiger prawn ( shelledl)
  • 6 pcs Sotong
  • Onion ( cut into strips )
  • 4 stalk chives ( cut into block)

Seasoning:

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce, some soy sauce and water

Method :

  1. Blanch Udon in boiling water, dish and drain.
  2. Heat oil in wok, fry onion and chives, then add in tiger prawn and sotong fry until fragrant.
  3. Then add in Udon, Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce ,other seasoning and water until sauce dry up, serve.
