RECIPES - Stir Fried Cos Lettuce with Whisky ( serve 4 pax )

Ingredients:

  • 300g cos lettuce
  • 1red chili
  • 1 chili padi
  • pinch of chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp stock
  • 1 tbsp Whisky

Seasoning:

2 pcs fermented bean curd, some salt and sugar

Method:

  1. Mix the seasoning with stock.
  2. Boil water and blanch the cos lettuce.
  3. Heat oil in wok, fry garlic, chili and chili padi until fragrant.
  4. Add in the seasoning mixture, and then add cos lettuce, finally the Whisky done.
