RECIPES - Stir Fried Cos Lettuce with Whisky ( serve 4 pax )
Ingredients:
- 300g cos lettuce
- 1red chili
- 1 chili padi
- pinch of chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp stock
- 1 tbsp Whisky
Seasoning:
2 pcs fermented bean curd, some salt and sugar
Method:
- Mix the seasoning with stock.
- Boil water and blanch the cos lettuce.
- Heat oil in wok, fry garlic, chili and chili padi until fragrant.
- Add in the seasoning mixture, and then add cos lettuce, finally the Whisky done.
