RECIPES - Curry Roasted Duck (serve 4 pax)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 roasted duck
- 1 potato
- 40g green beans
- 60g carrot
- 3 shallots
Seasoning:
Salt, curry powder to taste
Method:
- Chop duck into pieces and arrange in plate.
- Chop B and blanch in boiling water.
- Chop C finely.
- Heat oil and stir-fry B, C and seasoning, add 1/2 cup water, mix well to become curry.
- Pour the curry on top of duck and serve.
