RECIPES - Curry Roasted Duck (serve 4 pax)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 roasted duck
  • 1 potato
  • 40g green beans
  • 60g carrot
  • 3 shallots

Seasoning:

Salt, curry powder to taste

Method:

  1. Chop duck into pieces and arrange in plate.
  2. Chop B and blanch in boiling water.
  3. Chop C finely.
  4. Heat oil and stir-fry B, C and seasoning, add 1/2 cup water, mix well to become curry.
  5. Pour the curry on top of duck and serve.
