RECIPES - Saute Loofah (serve 4 pax)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Loofah
  • 4 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp soy bean paste

Seasoning:

Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Skinned and clean the Loofah, slice into 1cm thick.
  2. Mix rice flour with water, add in soy bean paste and salt and mix well.
  3. Put the Loofah slices into the batter.
  4. Saute the Loofah with low heat until golden brown.
