RECIPES - Saute Loofah (serve 4 pax)
Ingredients:
- 1 Loofah
- 4 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp soy bean paste
Seasoning:
Pinch of salt
Method:
- Skinned and clean the Loofah, slice into 1cm thick.
- Mix rice flour with water, add in soy bean paste and salt and mix well.
- Put the Loofah slices into the batter.
- Saute the Loofah with low heat until golden brown.
