RECIPES - Celery Pot ( serve 4 pax )

Ingredients:

  1. 3 stalks Chinese celery, 80g western celery
  2. 40g of Chinese water chestnut, carrot, sweet pea, lotus root and Jicama each
  3. 4 pcs duck feet, some star anise & cinnamon.

Seasoning:

Salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and corn flour to taste

Method:

  1. Cut A into block.
  2. Sliced B.
  3. Blanch the duck feet in boiling water, then simmer it with C until the feet soften, then de-bone.
  4. Blanch B in boiling water.
  5. Heat oil in wok, stir fry the duck feet and B with seasoning, then add in A, mix well, thicken, done.
