RECIPES - Celery Pot ( serve 4 pax )
Ingredients:
- 3 stalks Chinese celery, 80g western celery
- 40g of Chinese water chestnut, carrot, sweet pea, lotus root and Jicama each
- 4 pcs duck feet, some star anise & cinnamon.
Seasoning:
Salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and corn flour to taste
Method:
- Cut A into block.
- Sliced B.
- Blanch the duck feet in boiling water, then simmer it with C until the feet soften, then de-bone.
- Blanch B in boiling water.
- Heat oil in wok, stir fry the duck feet and B with seasoning, then add in A, mix well, thicken, done.
