RECIPES - Stuffed Bamboo Pith ( serve 4 pax )
Ingredients:
- 10 pcs bamboo pith
- some gingko
- 200g Tenggiri fish paste
- 10 sprigs broccoli
- some prawn roe
- 10 strips of fish fillet
Seasoning:
Pinch of salt, some wine and stock
Method:
- Soak bamboo pith until soften.
- Clean and wash the broccoli.
- Roll 20g fish paste with fillet and then roll with bamboo pith.
- Arrange fish rolls, broccoli and gingko in plate, spread some prawn roe on top.
- Sprinkle some wine, stock and salt, then steam until cooked.
