RECIPES - Stuffed Bamboo Pith ( serve 4 pax )

Ingredients:

  • 10 pcs bamboo pith
  • some gingko
  • 200g Tenggiri fish paste
  • 10 sprigs broccoli
  • some prawn roe
  • 10 strips of fish fillet

Seasoning:

Pinch of salt, some wine and stock

Method:

  1. Soak bamboo pith until soften.
  2. Clean and wash the broccoli.
  3. Roll 20g fish paste with fillet and then roll with bamboo pith.
  4. Arrange fish rolls, broccoli and gingko in plate, spread some prawn roe on top.
  5. Sprinkle some wine, stock and salt, then steam until cooked.
