RECIPES - Crispy Vegetable Roll (serve 4 pax)

Ingredients:

  • 50g of green pea
  • potato, carrot
  • French bean
  • Chinese Water Chestnut
  • 1 big onion
  • 4 pcs skin of spring roll.

Seasoning:

Pinch of curry powder and salt

Method:

  1. Wash all the ingredients and diced.
  2. Heat wok with some oil, fry curry powder until fragrant, and then add in all ingredients, stir fry and season with salt.
  3. Let the dish cool down, and then wrap with the skin of spring roll into 4 rolls.
  4. Heat oil in wok, deep fry the roll into golden brown.
  5. Cut the vegetable rolls into 4 pcs each, serve hot.
