RECIPES - Crispy Vegetable Roll (serve 4 pax)
Ingredients:
- 50g of green pea
- potato, carrot
- French bean
- Chinese Water Chestnut
- 1 big onion
- 4 pcs skin of spring roll.
Seasoning:
Pinch of curry powder and salt
Method:
- Wash all the ingredients and diced.
- Heat wok with some oil, fry curry powder until fragrant, and then add in all ingredients, stir fry and season with salt.
- Let the dish cool down, and then wrap with the skin of spring roll into 4 rolls.
- Heat oil in wok, deep fry the roll into golden brown.
- Cut the vegetable rolls into 4 pcs each, serve hot.
