RECIPES - Prawn of Cumin ( serve 4 pax )

Ingredients:

  • 6 prawns
  • pinch of cumin powder
  • 1 chili padi
  • pinch of curry powder
  • 1tbsp stout

Seasoning:

MSG, salt, sugar, and corn flour accordingly

Method:

  1. Deep fly the prawns until golden brown.
  2. Heat oil in wok, fly the cumin powder, curry powder and chili padi until fragrant.
  3. Add in fried prawns and stout, stir-fry briskly.
  4. Thicken with corn starch, done.
