RECIPES - Twins Cod Fish (serve 4 pax)

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs cod fish of 150g each.

Seasoning:

3 tbsp steam fish sauce

Method:

  1. Deep fly one of the fish into golden brown.
  2. Steam another fish.
  3. Heat some oil and add in steam fish sauce, "saute".
  4. Arrange2 pieces of fish on serving plate, pour on the sauce.
