RECIPES - Twins Cod Fish (serve 4 pax)
Ingredients:
- 2 pcs cod fish of 150g each.
Seasoning:
3 tbsp steam fish sauce
Method:
- Deep fly one of the fish into golden brown.
- Steam another fish.
- Heat some oil and add in steam fish sauce, "saute".
- Arrange2 pieces of fish on serving plate, pour on the sauce.
