RECIPES - Dragon and Phoenix ( serve 1 pax )

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken wing
  • 5g winter-worm herb
  • 30g premium shark’s fin
  • 150ml stock

Seasoning:

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the Shark's Fin, set aside.
  2. Remove the bone chicken wing, stuff the winter-worm herb into it.
  3. Stewed the stuffed chicken wing with shark's fin in stock for 1 hour, done.
