RECIPES - Black Pepper Pork Chop ( serve 4 pax )

Ingredients:

  • 500g pork rib
  • 100g shredded big onion

Seasoning:

HP sauce to taste, pinch of black pepper powder, salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate the pork rib with HP sauce for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil, saut� the rib until golden brown.
  3. Fry shredded onion until fragrant, add in some HP sauce.
  4. Add in pinch of black pepper powder and salt, serve.
