RECIPES - Chicken Soup with Dong Chung ( serve 4 pax )

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken whole leg
  • 1 Bao Pu
  • 10g Dong Chung Chao
  • 600ml stock

Seasoning:

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the Bao Pu
  2. Remove the skin of chicken
  3. Put all ingredients in pot and stew for 1 hour, add in seasoning.
