RECIPES - Chicken Soup with Dong Chung ( serve 4 pax )
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken whole leg
- 1 Bao Pu
- 10g Dong Chung Chao
- 600ml stock
Seasoning:
Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the Bao Pu
- Remove the skin of chicken
- Put all ingredients in pot and stew for 1 hour, add in seasoning.
